Birthday Parties in the gym – Douglas Gymnastic Club

Hi Everyone

We now have a few dates next term where we will run parties

We run them on Sundays only – 4-6pm

We have the following days /times available from now until Easter

**Party child must be a current member**

PLEASE NOTE

DATES LIMITED AND WE DO NOT HAVE CAPACITY TO ADD ADDITIONAL DAYS AS THE GYM / COACHES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE THE DATES LISTED.
PARTIES UP TO MAS BOOKED WITHIN 30MINS AND WE EXPECT THE SAME RESPONSE TO THESE DATES AS WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS QUERIES – ONCE DATES ARE FULL, WE WILL EMAIL AROUND AGAIN TO LET EVERYONE KNOW (WE WILL NOT BE HOLDING A LIST FOR CANCELLATIONS ETC)
SPACES WILL BE ALLOCATED ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVED EMAILS RECEIVED

The cost is €150 for up to 15 children – each additional child over this is €8.

(Max 25 children – minimum age of participants 3yrs)

Parties consist of 90mins of fun and games on the gym floor. Then a room is provided for 30mins for food which is brought in by parents. Total time 2 hours (4-6pm)

There is a maximum of 2 parties in the gym at any one time.

Each party is geared towards the age of the birthday child. They will play fun games, learn to use some of our apparatus and in general have fantastic a fun time!
