Parent Login
Here, you can easily manage your child’s gym membership, track their progress, view class schedules, and stay updated on important announcements. Sign in to access all the tools you need to support your child’s fitness journey.
Online System
Please follow the instructions below to access our online system. To login/activate your families account follow these steps:
- Visit our Parent Portal
- This should bring you to a login page
If first time using this system:
- Enter your email address (the one that you receive emails from Douglas Gymnastics Club from) then click on forgot password(Ignore the part on screen where it says to call us set up account – we have already set this up for everyone)
- You will be sent a login password code via email – use this then to log in (this can then be changed to your own personal one)
- Your child/children’s details, class details & outstanding amount should be displayed for you (Please look at the class your child is registered for – if incorrect please email us)
If you have used the system before:
- Simply input your email address & the password you would have setup previously and use system as you have done so previously
- If you have forgotten your password – follow the instructions above for first time user – by clicking forgot password.
