Registration Deadline- Friday 15th July

Hi Everyone

Just a quick reminder to everyone – registration deadline for Term 1 (commencing from Monday 29th August onwards) is this Friday 15th July. 

If your child is not returning, we would be grateful if you could please let us know as soon as possible – as we have a large waiting list of children looking for gymnastics’ classes.

How to pay

Payment can be made via our Parent portal or Via the Club app

Online payment system

Please follow the instructions below to access our online system:-

To login/activate your families account follow these steps

– click on this link https://www.iclassprov2.com/parentportal/douglasgymnastics

– This should bring you to a login page

– simply input your email address & the password you would have setup previously and use system as you have done so previously

Download our App

This can be downloaded as follows (if you don’t already have)

In the Appstore or Google play store search for “The iclasspro App”

Once downloaded and opened you will be asked for the organisation – this is Douglasgymnastics

If you have any queries or problems with the online system, please email me us members@douglasgym.com and we will do our best to sort as quickly as possible. (Please give details or a screen shot of any error messages you are receiving so we can help with exact problem)

Please take your time when processin through payment – at least 8-10secs at each step. If you do it to quickly it wont go through!
