Term 3 will run from Saturday 11th April to Sunday 5th July.

All gymnasts should now see their Term 3 charge on their Parent Portal/App account.
If you do not currently see a charge, please let us know as soon as possible.

At this stage, registration is open only to current members.

If you or your child is not returning for Term 3, please email us at members@douglasgym.com as soon as possible so that we can offer the space to another gymnast.

💳 Payment & registration details

To simplify registration, please note the following:

  • Please add your card details to your Parent Portal account by Thursday 19th March and ensure you have opted in for recurring billing.

  • We will process all payments on Friday 20th March.

  • If you have not opted into recurring billing, we will be unable to take payment as part of the payment run.

  • If you are not adding card details, payment must be made manually via the portal/app by Thursday 19th March.

  • Please check your account before Thursday 19th March to confirm that your child’s class and fees are correct.

If you or your child is not continuing and you have not informed us by Thursday 19th March, your card will still be charged if recurring billing is active.
Any refunds issued will incur an administration and bank charge.

Please note: once a term begins, fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Class information

All gymnasts will remain in their current class time unless advised otherwise.

If you would like to request a change, please email us at members@douglasgym.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

You do not need to select a class for Term 3 – all current gymnasts are automatically re-enrolled in their current class.

✅ Please ensure your card details are updated before Thursday 19th March.

🚫 Please do not create a new account or add new names – all accounts and gymnasts are already on the system.

🖥 How to access the Parent Portal

  1. Go to: https://www.iclassprov2.com/parentportal/douglasgymnastics

  2. Log in using your existing email and password.
    If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it.

  3. Please do not create a new account – all gymnasts are already registered.

📱 Download the app

  • Search for “The iClassPro App” in the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Organisation name: Douglasgymnastics

If you experience any technical issues, please email members@douglasgym.com, including details and a screenshot of any error messages where possible, so we can assist you quickly.

We would really appreciate it if any gymnasts who are not returning could let us know as soon as possible. We have a long waiting list and your courtesy helps another child take part.
