Dear Members,

While the current term continues until Sunday, 6th July, we are now preparing for Term 1, which will run from Saturday, 30th August to Sunday, 21st December 2025.

Please note, we are currently only processing class spaces for our existing members. We will begin offering available spaces to our waiting list later in the summer.

This current term runs up until the 6th of July. There is NO Term running July & August – it is only the pay as you go option of our Summer Program. The deposit on the system shows up as if it is covering the 7th of July until end of August – this is just the way the system works to keep children listed on the system.

Class Allocation & System Updates

We are in the process of updating our membership system and assigning gymnasts to classes for Term 1. This process will be completed by Wednesday, 18th June.

Registration & Payment Information

Term 1 includes 15 weeks of classes and renewal of annual membership & insurance. Therefore, payment will be split into two parts:

  • Payment 1:
    • For Parent & Toddler, Junior Gym, Recreational, Recreational Plus & Teen Gymnasts
    • €65 Annual Membership & Insurance (non-refundable deposit)
    • Due by: Wednesday, 25th June
    • This Payment will be added to your account by Wednesday 18th June – if it has not already been added
  • For Adult Gymnasts
    • €85 Annual Membership & Insurance ( non – refundable deposit)
    • Due by: Wednesday, 25th June
    • This Payment will be added to your account by Wednesday 18th June – if it has not already been added
  • Payment 2:
    • Term Fees (varies depending on class)
    • Due by: Sunday, 13th July
    • This payment will be added to your account by Wednesday 25th June

Note: Class fees are based on the number of weeks per term and may vary.

How to Pay

All payments are made via the Membership Portal/App.

To streamline processing, we ask that:

Payment 1  – Due by Wednesday 25th June.

  • You make payment online via the portal by Wednesday 25th June
  • Or you add your card details and opt-in for recurring billing before Wednesday, 25th June.
    • We will automatically process (for those who have uploaded card details and opted in for recurring billing): Payment 1 on Thursday, 26th June

Payment 2  – Due by  Sunday, 13th July

  • You make payment online via the portal by Sunday 13th July
  • Or you add your card details and opt-in for recurring billing before Sunday, 13th July.
    • We will automatically process (for those who have uploaded card details and opted in for recurring billing): Payment 2 on Monday, 14th July

If you do not wish to save card details, you must manually complete payments via the portal by the respective deadlines above.

❗ Missed payment = space offered to waiting list.
If we do not receive payment by the deadline, we will assume your child is not returning.

If your card is saved and you have not notified us that your child is not returning, payment will be processed automatically and is non-refundable.

Class Allocations

You do not need to select classes—gymnasts will be automatically assigned based on age, group, (or as previously communicated). Please check your account to confirm class details and timings. Here’s a breakdown by group:

***Please ensure you have checked your account with us before Wednesday, 25th June to verify the cost of the term and ensure your child is assigned to the correct class & you are fully aware of their class time for next term. ***

  • Parent & Toddler (2023/2024): Same class as previous term or as requested.
  • Junior Gym (2021/2022): As per your email response. If you haven’t responded, please contact us.
  • Recreational (2020): Moving up from Junior Gym. Allocated as per parent response to recent email. If you haven’t responded please contact us.
  • Recreational (2019–2014): Class Day remains the same, but timing may have changed.
    Classes progress like school grades. Please check your assigned time on the system or as per attached schedule. Those born 2017, 2016, 2015 & 2014 – will now all have 1 hour classes next term.

  • Teen Gym (2013): Allocated as per parent response to recent email. If you haven’t responded please contact us.
  • Teen Gym (2012 – 2008): Allocated as per parent response to recent email. If you haven’t responded please contact us.
  • Adult Gym (2007+): As per current schedule
  • Recreational Plus (Invite Only – Sunflowers, Daisies, Primroses, Willow, Acorns, Sycamore): Allocated based on recent communications.

If Not Returning

Please notify us asap or at the latest by  Wednesday, 25th June if your child will not be returning for Term 1.

Additional Notes

  • Waiting List:
    To add a sibling or another child, please email us with their name, date of birth, and contact number.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Membership/insurance (Payment 1 is a non-refundable deposit)
    • Term fees are refundable only before the term begins.( but a charge of €10 will be applied to cover financial fees and admin)
  • Change of Day Request:
    Email us with the subject line “Change in day for Term 1”.
    Availability may not be confirmed until after registration is completed.
