Reminder: Registration Deadline for Term 2 is Tomorrow, Wednesday 29th November

Term 2 will run from Saturday 6th January to Thursday 28^th March (see attached for calendar/term dates – Term_2_Calendar_for_members.pdf

To Register:

• Make payment for Term 2 via the parent portal/App by tomorrow’s deadline, 29th November.

Or

• Add card details to your account; we will process payments for those with saved cards on Thursday, 30th November.
  • Ensure you’ve checked your account before Thursday 30th November to confirm the term cost and verify the correct class for your child/you.
  • If card details were added previously and your child is not continuing for Term 2, inform us before Thursday, 30th November. Any necessary fee refunds will incur a charge to cover admin and bank fees.

Notes:

If your child is not returning, inform us by Wednesday 29th November

Once a term has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

No need to select a class for the next term; everyone is automatically registered for the same class as last term. Please verify that your child/you are listed for the correct class.

Important:

DO NOT add names to the system; all registrations have already been completed.

DO NOT create a new account; accounts for everyone have already been set up. Use your email address and click “Forgot Login/Password” if needed.

To login/activate your family’s account, follow these steps:

Click on this link: https://www.iclassprov2.com/parentportal/douglasgymnastics

This should lead you to a login page. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT OR ADD A CHILD! (Accounts and gymnast details are already in place.)

Simply input your email address and the password you set up previously. Use the system as you have done before.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” option.

If you don’t already have it, the app can be downloaded as follows:

In the App Store or Google Play Store, search for “The iClassPro App.”

Once downloaded and opened, you will be prompted for the organization, which is “Douglasgymnastics.”
