Registration– Term 2 (Monday 6th January – Thursday 17th April 2025 incl)
Dear Members,
Term 2 will run from Monday 6th Jan to Thursday 17th April (Term dates / calendar – click here
We are currently in the process of adding charges for everyone for Term 2 on the parent portal – all will be added by Monday 11th November (if don’t currently see a charge please check back again on Monday evening)
At the moment we are only registering our current members.
During Term 2 – we will these exciting events taking place-
- Junior Gym – will have a “come watch me week” where parents will be invited into watch a class in action
- Whole Club – Tumblethon, Our annual fundraising event
- Recreational gymnast will have a Challenge week
- Teen gym & Rec plus groups will get the opportunity to participate in the National Gymstart competition
If your child is not returning for Term 2, we would be grateful if you could please let us know by emailing us as soon as possible at members@douglasgym.com
Term 2 Fees are calculated based on the number of weeks for each individual day -taking bank holidays etc into account (see calendar/term dates attached above)
To simplify & make the registration process efficient– we are asking everyone to add your card details to your account by Thursday 21st November, we will process payments for everyone on the Friday 22nd November. (please ensure you have opted in for recurring billing – or we will not be able to take payment) or payment must be made yourself via the parent portal/ app by Thursday 21st November
Please make sure you have checked your account with us prior to Friday 22nd November – so you are aware of the cost of the term and to make sure the correct class is showing up for your child/you. If your child is not returning, we need to be informed asap

If your child is not continuing for Term 2 & you have not informed us by Thursday 21st November and have opted for recurring billing – you will be charged. If fees are to be refunded, we will have to implement a charge to cover admin and bank charges.
Once a term has commenced fees are non – refundable.
All gymnasts class times will remain the same for Term 2. (Unless, you have been advised directly by the office).
If you wish to change your child’s class time let us know and we will see if space is available to swap them.
TO REGISTER
You do not need to, or will you have an option to select a class for next term – everyone is registered on the system to the same class as last term- Please check that your child/ you are listed for the correct class.
Add card details / or to make a payment prior to Thursday 21st November
DO NOT add names to the system – we have already added everyone.
DO NOT create a new account – we have created accounts for everyone (use email address and click forgot login/password)
Online payment system
Please follow the instructions below to access our online system: –
To login/activate your families account follow these steps
– click on this link https://www.iclassprov2.com/parentportal/douglasgymnastics
– This should bring you to a login page- DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT OR ADD A CHILD! (Accounts already exist and gymnasts already added)
– simply input your email address & the password you would have setup previously and use system as you have done so previously
-or forgot password if you have forgotten yours.

This can be downloaded as follows (if you don’t already have)
In the Appstore or Google play store search for “The iclasspro App”
Once downloaded and opened you will be asked for the organisation – this is Douglasgymnastics
If you have any queries or problems with the online system, please email me us members@douglasgym.com and we will do our best to sort as quickly as possible. (Please give details or a screen shot of any error messages you are receiving so we can help with exact problem)
If any gymnasts are not returning, we would be grateful if you could please have the courtesy to let us know as soon as possible – as we have a large waiting list for gymnastics’ classes.
