Dear Members,

Term 2 will run from Monday 5th January to Thursday 2nd April.

All gymnasts should now see their Term 2 charge on their Parent Portal/App account. If you don’t currently see a charge, please let us know as soon as possible.
At this stage, registration is open only to current members.

If you/your child is not returning for Term 2, please email us at members@douglasgym.com as soon as possible so we can offer the space to another gymnast.

🌟 What’s Happening in Term 2: 

  • Junior Gym: “Come Watch Me Week” – parents invited to see a class in action & learn mor about our Junior Gym program.
  • Whole Club: Tumblethon – our annual fundraising event.
  • Recreational Gymnasts: Challenge Week.
  • Teen Gym & Rec Plus: Planned participation in the National GymSTART Competition.

💳 Payment & Registration Details

Term 2 fees are calculated based on the number of weeks per class day, accounting for bank holidays (see term calendar for details).

To simplify registration:

  • Please add your card details to your Parent Portal account by Thursday 27th November.
  • We will process all payments on Friday 28th November.
  • Make sure you have opted into recurring billing,
  • Or if not adding card details-  payment must be made manually via the portal/app by Thursday 27th November.
  • Please check your account before Friday 28th November to confirm your child’s class and fee are correct.

If you/your child is not continuing and you have not informed us by Thursday 27th November, your card will still be charged if recurring billing is active. Refunds will incur an admin and bank fee.
Please note: once a term begins, fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Class Information 

All gymnasts will remain in their current class time unless advised otherwise.
If you’d like to request a change, please email us ( members@douglasgym.com) and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

You do not need to select a class for Term 2 — all current gymnasts are automatically re-enrolled within their current class
✅ Please ensure your card details are updated before Thursday 27th November.
🚫 Do not create a new account or add new names — all accounts and gymnasts are already on the system.

🖥 How to Access the Parent Portal

  1. Go to: https://www.iclassprov2.com/parentportal/douglasgymnastics
  2. Log in using your existing email and password.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset.
  3. Do not create a new account – all gymnasts are already registered.

📱 Download the App

  • Search for “The iClassPro App” in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Organisation name: Douglasgymnastics

If you experience any technical issues, please email members@douglasgym.com, including details or a screenshot of any error messages so we can assist you quickly.

We’d really appreciate it if any gymnasts not returning could let us know as soon as possible — we have a long waiting list and your courtesy helps another child take part.
