📅 Term Dates

  • Term 3 runs up to and including Sunday, 5th July

🏋️ Gym Closures

  • Monday, 4th  May (Bank Holiday)
  • Monday, 1st June (Bank Holiday)

🎭 Annual Club Displays

  • Main displays: Tuesday, 9th – Sunday, 14th June  (featuring our Recreational, Recreational Plus, Teen Gym, Adults and Advanced gymnasts)
  • Junior Gym displays: Monday, 8th – Friday, 12th June

📌 Full details (times, groups, what to wear, etc.) will be:

  • Sent out shortly
  • Posted on the hallway noticeboard

🎟️ Tickets will be available for each display closer to the time.

👉 Please check carefully for your child’s specific display details as soon as they are circulated.

🍰 Displays Squad Cake Sale

Our Displays Squad will be holding a cake sale in the gym on:

  • Friday, 8th May
  • Saturday, 9th May
  • Sunday, 10th May

They would greatly appreciate donations of cakes and would also love your support on the day.

💛 All proceeds will go towards their trip to Dublin to take part in Gymnastics Ireland’s flagship participation event, “The Floor”, taking place at the end of May.

Gymnasts in:

…can bring a parent/guardian or sibling (14+) to join in their session.

☀️ Summer Camps (Now Open for Booking)

📍 Book via the Parent Portal/App

Camp Schedule (3 days each, Mon–Wed, 9:30–12:30):

  • Camp 1: 6th  – 8th July
  • Camp 2: 13th  – 15th July
  • Camp 3: 20th  – 22nd July
  • Camp 4: 10th  – 12th August
  • Camp 5: 17th  – 19th August

Important Info:

  • Limited spaces
  • Open to members & non-members
  • Suitable for children born in 2021 or earlier (turning 5+)
  • Separate booking options for members/non-members

👉 Additional summer activities (pay-as-you-go classes, mini camps, workshops) will be announced soon.

👕 Club Uniform (Required)

All gymnasts must wear club uniform to every session.

Groups:

  • Junior Gym: Club t-shirt + leggings/shorts/tracksuit bottoms
  • Recreational Girls: Club leotard OR t-shirt + black bottoms
  • Recreational Plus Girls: Black club leotard + black shorts/leggings
  • Boys: Club t-shirt + black shorts/tracksuit bottoms

📌 Required for June displays: club t-shirt or leotard

Available to purchase:

👉 Orders can be collected at the gym (bring order name).

Not allowed:

  • Dresses, skirts, hoodies, jeans
  • Jewellery or valuables
